Trust and Security Agreement executed by Daniel S. Ward and Pamela G. Wazd as Trustor

of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, Califomia, does hereby reconvey to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, without wazranty, all the estate, title and interest in the real
property commonly known as 1512 Ash Street, Arroyo Grande, Califomia 93420, and more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, acquired by Trustee under said Deed of
Trust and that Buyer's Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase executed
by Daniel S. Ward and Pamela G. Wazd and recorded on June 16, 2005 as Document No.
2005048986 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County,
