Trust and Security Agreement executed by Beth L. Johnson as Trustor and recorded October

San Luis Obispo County, Califomia, does hereby reconvey to the person or persons legally
entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate, title and interest in the real property
commonly known as 428 Bakeman Lane, Arroyo Grande, Califomia 93420, and more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, acquired by Trustee under said Deed of
Trust and that Buyer`s Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase executed
