TERMINATION OF BUYER'S OCCUPANCY AND RESALE AGREEMENT WITH OPTION
TO PURCHASE
This Termination of Buyer's Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase
( "Termination Agreement") is made pursuant to the terms of that Buyer's Occupancy and Resale
Agreement with Option to Purchase (the "Occupancy and Resale Agreement ") executed by Todd R.
Long and Sigrid M. Long ( "Owner ") and the City of Arroyo Grande ( "City") and recorded on August
18, 2006 as Document No. 2006058474 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of San Luis
Obispo County, California.
The Occupancy and Resale Agreement affects the real property located at 1450 Jasmine Place, Arroyo
Grande, California (the "Property") and is more particularly described in the legal description attached
hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
City hereby certifies that the Property has been transferred to a Market Purchaser in compliance with
the Occupancy and Resale Agreement and that the terms and conditions set forth therein are no longer
in force or effect.
