Trust and Security Agreement executed by Todd R. Long and Sigrid M. Long as Trustor and
recorded on August 18, 2006 as Document No. 2006058473 of Official Records in the office
of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, Califomia, does hereby reconvey to the person or
persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate, title and interest in the real
property commonly known as 1450 Jasmine Place, Arroyo Grande, Califomia 93420, and
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, acquired by Trustee under said
Deed of Trust and that Buyer's Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase
executed by Todd R. Long and Sigrid M. Long and recorded on August 18, 2006 as Document
No. 2006058474 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County,
