The City of Arroyo Grande, a California municipal corporation, as Trustee under the Deed of
Trust and Security Agreement executed by Kevin Dale Reimer and Kathy Lynn Reimer as
Trustor and recorded on January 5, 2007 as Document No. 2007000863 of Official Records in
the office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California, does hereby reconvey to the
person or persons legally entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate, title and interest in
the real property commonly known as 475 Bakeman Lane, Arroyo Grande, California 93420,
and more particularly described in Exhibit"A" attached hereto, acquired by Trustee under said
Deed of Trust and that Buyer's Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase
executed by Kevin Dale Reimer and Kathy Lynn Reimer and recorded on January 5, 2007 as
Document No. 2007000859 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of San Luis
Obispo County, California.
