TERMINATION OF BUYER'S OCCUPANCY AND RESALE AGREEMENT WITH OPTION
TO PURCHASE
This Termination of Buyer's Occupancy and Resale Agreement with Option to Purchase
("Termination Agreement") is made pursuant to the terms of that Buyer's Occupancy and Resale
Agreement with Option to Purchase (the "Occupancy and Resale Agreement") executed by Marie
Mecchi ("Owner") and the City of Arroyo Grande ("City") and recorded on September 19, 2008 as
Document No. 2008047179 of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of San Luis Obispo
County, California.
The Occupancy and Resale Agreement affects the real property located at 579 Camino Mercado No.
314, Arroyo Grande, California (the "Property") and is more particularly described in the legal
description attached hereto as Exhibit"A" and incorporated herein by this reference.
City hereby certifies that the Property has been transferred to a Market Purchaser in compliance with
the Occupancy and Resale Agreement and that the terms and conditions set forth therein are no longer
in force or effect.
