That portion of Bedcetis Crown Hill Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande filed
in Map Book A, at Page 57, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California described as follows;
Lots 38, 40, 42 and 44 in Block 28 denoted on said map, together with that
portion of Harrison Street adjoining said lots that would pass with the
abandonment of said street.
Also together with a 20 foot wide non-exclusive easement for ingress, egress
and utilities described in the document entitled "Grant Deed-Easement- recorded
June 19, 2012 as Instrument No. 2012032931 of official records.
