NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Notice is hereby given that the real property located in San Luis Obispo County,
California, commonly known as 333 Miller Way, Arroyo Grande, CA, and as more
particularly described in Exhibit "A" (the "Property") attached hereto and incorporated
herein by this reference, ow3.1r il d by Jerald A. Rutiz and Maureen M. Reilly, Trustees of
the Rutiz Family Trust dated y is in violation of the following sections of the City of
Arroyo Grande Municipal Co :
Code: AGMC Section 15.04.010 — unpermitted construction
AGMC Section 16.56.060 —garage conversion
This Notice of Violation may only be released upon certification that the above
referenced violations have been corrected and the recordation of a subsequent
instrument signed by the City of Arroyo Grande.
