1. CALL TO ORDER
Vice Chair Sperow called the Regular Planning Commission meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Planning Commission: Commissioners Tom Goss, Randy Russom and Vice Chair Lisa
Sperow were present. Commissioner John Keen was absent.
Staff Present: Community Development Director Teresa McCiish, Assistant
Planner Matt Downing, and Secretary Debbie Weichinger were
present.

Commissioner Russom led the Flag Salute.

Action: It was the consensus of the Commissio n

quorum being present to vote on the minutes.

that Consent Agenda Item 7.a., June 17,
the next regular meeting due to lack of a

Assistant Planner Downing presented the staff report recommending the Planning Commission
review the proposed project and adopt a Resolution approving Conditional Use Permit 14 -007.
Assistant Planner Downing responded to questions from Commissioner Russom regarding the
proposed project.
Vice Chair Sperow opened the public hearing.
Kyle Harris, Harris Architecture And Design, project representative, responded to questions
from the Commission regarding the proposed project.

Hearing no further comments, Vice Chair Sperow closed the public hearing.
The Commission provided comments in support of the project.

PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE APPROVING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT 14 -007; LOCATED AT 251 EAST GRAND AVENUE; APPLIED
FOR BYPREMIER FUEL GROUP, INC." Commissioner Russom seconded.

On motion by Commissioner Goss, seconded by Commissioner Sperow and unanimously
carried, the meeting adjourned at 6:20 p.m.
