RELEASE OF COVENANTS,CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
The County of San Luis Obispo, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereby releases and
declares the covenants, conditions and restrictions placed within those certain documents recorded on
March 21, 1989 in Book 3285, Page 60 of the Official Records of San Luis Obispo County as
Instrument No. 16542 and on February 11, 1991 in Book 3644, Page 990 of the Official Records of
San Luis Obispo County as Instrument No. 7845 and in Paragraph 2 of the unrecorded Agreement
dated August 10, 1993 between the County of San Luis Obispo and the City of Arroyo Grande are of
no further legal force and effect for the real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, California as more particularly described as follows:
\ LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4 OF TRACT 3018 IN THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE,
\\ COUNTY OF SAN LUIS OBISPO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING
TO MAP RECORDED APRIL 19, 2013 IN BOOK 33, PAGE 61 OF TRACT
