SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
TUESDAY, MAY 9, 2000

SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
Mayor Lady called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. Mayor Pro Tern Ferrara, Council
Members Runels, Dickens, Tolley, Interim City Manager TerBorch, and City Attorney
Carmel were present.
1. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
2. CLOSED SESSION:
Mayor Lady announced that the Council was going to meet in closed session to discuss
the following matters:
A. CONFERENCE CALL WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - PENDING LITIGATION.

There was no reportable action from the closed session.
4. ADJOURNMENT TO SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING:
The meeting was adjourned at 7:22 p.m. to the regular City Council meeting of May 9,
