State of California, according to map recorded December 23, 2003 in Book 60, Page 17 to 18 of
Parcel Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said county.
Along with that portion of the north 60 feet of Lot 5 in Block 7 of Fair Oaks Tract in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California as per map recorded in Book 3,
Page 82 of Maps in the Office of the County Recorder of said county, lying easterly of the
following described line:

#607 2286, a California corporation, and its successors and/or assigns ("Lien Holder"), is the
current holder of a Deed of Trust dated January 15, 2010, executed by Ron Glahn, An Unmarried
Man and Valerie Lombardi, An Unmarried Woman, recorded January 22, 2010 as Instrument
Number 2010003155 of Official Records, in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California ("Deed of Trust"). The Deed of Trust encumbers the real
