NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 66499.34, 66499.35, and 66499.36 of
the Government Code of the State of California, that the real property described herein,
has been legally created.
This Certificate of Compliance is issued in accordance with Government Code section
66499.35 and shall be recorded in San Luis Obispo County This certificate relates only
to issues of compliance or noncompliance with the Subdivision Map Act and City of Arroyo
Grande ordinances enacted pursuant thereto. The parcel described herein may be sold,

Beginning at Corner No. 1, being a point on the Southwesterly line of the California State Highway
as described in deed dated August 29, 1928 and recorded in Book 58,page 62 of Official Records,
distant thereon North 57° 48' West 405.10 feet from the intersection of said Southwesterly line
with the line between Lot A of said Town of Grover and Lot 106 of the subdivision of the Rancho
