The offers of dedication per Tract 2539 were accepted per attached City Council
Resolution No. 4087 on May 27, 2008.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CtTY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTti�G EASEMENTS AND
1MPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 2539, LOCATED AT 185
BRISCO ROAD, CONSTRUCTEb BY RICK WHEELER
WHEREAS, the City Co�ncil approved Final Tract Map 2539 on December 13, 2005;
and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to cor�pfete certain pu.blic improvements; and
WHEREAS. the devetoper ttas constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Tract 2539; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the rmprovements and finds they ate constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project. .
NOW, THEREFO�E, BE IT RESOLVED that tt�e City Council of the Cify af Arro�o
Grande does hereby accept the fo{lowing offers of dedication and improvements for
Tract 2539: �
1. Public Water Easement and associated improvements,
2. Public Sewer Easement and associated improvements,
3. Public Street Tree Easement,
�n motion of Councit Member Guthrie, seconded by Councit Member Amold, and by
the following rolf call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Gufhrie, Amoid, Costello, Fefdows, and Mayvr �'errara
NOES: None �
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 27 day of May 2008.
