A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING
EASEMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT
2709, SPANISH OAKS, LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF MAPLE AND S. ELM
STREETS, CONSTRUCTED BY ME REALESTATE
DEVELOPMENT
The offers of dedication per Tract 2709 were accepted per attached City Council
Resolution No. 3993 on January 23, 2007.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT 2709, SPANISH OAKS,
LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF MAPLE
AND S. ELM STREETS, CONSTRUCTED BY ME
REALESTATE OEVELOPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2709 located at the northeast
corner of Maple and S. Eim Street on April 11, 2006 and rejected, without prejudice as
to future acceptance, offer of dedication for right of way and easement for street trees;
and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to do certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Tract 2709; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 10% warranty security as required by the
conditions of approval, to be released at the conc�usion of the one-year warranty period,
provided the improvements are still in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following for Tract 2709:
1. Street Tree easement,
2. Public Water Improvements,
3. Offer of Dedication for right of way for S. Elm and associated improvements,
4. Drop Inlet replacement on Maple,
On motion of Council Member Costello, seconded by Council Member Guthrie, and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Costello, Guthrie, Fellows, Arnold, and Mayor Ferrara
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 23` day of January, 2007.
