Resolution No. 3807 on January 25, 2005.

RESOLUTION NO. 3807

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO (iRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
EASEMENTS AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN
TRACT 2275
WHEREAS. the Planning Commission approved Vesting Tentative Trad Map 01-002
on May 1, 2001.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved a one year time extension for Vesting
Tentative Tract Map 01-002 on June 3, 2003.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission approved a one year time extension for Vesting
Tentative Tract Map 01-002 on May 18, 2004.
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the Tract
conditbns of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE� BE IT RESOLVED that the Cily Council of the City of Amoyo
Grande does hereby accept the public water improvementa conshuded for Tract 2275,
and rejects the sewer improvements oonstruded for Tract 2275, without prejudioe as to
future acceptance and autFwrize the Mayor to execute a certificate of acceptance.
On moGon of Council Member Dickens, seconded by Council Member Guthrie. and by
the following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Dickens, Guthrie, Amold and Mayor Ferrara
NOE3: None
ABSENT: Council MemberCostello
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 25"' day of January 2005.
