A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING EASEMENTS AND
IMPROVEMENTS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
CASE NO. 96-541, FIVE CITIES CENTER, LOCATED AT
W. BRANCH STREET AND RANCHO PARKWAY,
CONSTRUCTED BY SPHEAR INVESTMENTS, LLC
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Conditional Use Permit Case No. 96-541 on July
9, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the project was conditioned to complete certain public improvements; and
WHEREAS, the developer has constructed the improvements required by the
conditions of approval for Conditional Use Permit Case No. 96-541; and
WHEREAS, staff has inspected the improvements and finds they are constructed in
accordance with the approved plans for the project; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Councii of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby accept the following offers of dedication and improvements for
Conditional Use Permit Case No. 96-541:
1. Irrevocable and Perpetual Offer to Dedicate - Public Sewer Main
per pocument No. 2008005665 and associated improvements,
2. Irrevocable and Perpetuai Offer to Dedicate - Public Sewer Main
