accepted per attached City Council Resolution No. 3834 on April 26, 2005.

OF ARROYO �iRANDE ACCEPTING CERTAIN
EA8EMENT3, RI(iHTS OF WAY AND RELATED
IMPROVEMENTS OFF-SITf OF TRACT 2260
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2260 as follows:

WHEREA8, an offer of dedication for Courtland Street wes made on Parcel Mep AG
00-301; and,
WHEREAS, Parr.el Map AG 00-301 recoMed June 25, 2002, at Page 54 of Book 56 of
Parcel Maps; and,
WHEREAS. the developer has constructed the improvements required by the Tract
2260 conditions of approval; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the 1096 warranty,secur(ty as required by the
Tract 2260 condttans of approval, to be released at the oondusbn of the warranty
period, provided the improvemerds are stfll in satisfactory condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counal of the City of Arroyo
Grande does hereby aa:ept the following offers of dedlcatbns end public easemertts
and associated pubiic improvements oonstructed otf-site for Trad 2280, and auttwrize
the Mayor to execute a certificate of axeptance:
Offer of Dedicatiort for Courtland Street per Percel Map AG 00-301, recorded June 25,
2002, at Page 54 of Book 56 of Parcel Maps.
On motion of Council Member Costelb, seoonded. by Council Member Amold, and by
the foAowing roU call vote, to wit:
