CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTINGCERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TRACT 2306
The offers of dedication per Tract 2306 were accepted per attached City Council
Resolution No. 3859 on June 28, 2005.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL .OF THE CITY
OF ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPtING CERTAIN
IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN TRACT 2306
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Final Tract Map 2306 on June 11, 2002;
WHEREAS, the develope� has constructed the improvements required by the Trect
2306 conditions of approval; and,
WHEREAS, the developer wiil provide the 10% warcaMy security as required by the
Tract 2306 conditions of approval, by reduction of an existing securky, ta be released at
the �ndusion of the warranty period, provided the improvements are still in satisfactory
condition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Moyo
Grande does hereby acxept the public improvements constructeii for Trad 2306.
On motion of Councii Member Dickens, seconded by Coundl Member Amold, and on
the following roll call vote, to wit
AYES: Council Members Dickens, Amold. Guth�ie, and Mayor Pro Tem Costello
NOES: None �
ABSENT: Mayor Ferrara
the foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted this 28"' day of June, 2005.
