That said Grantor is the owner of the real property described in Exhibit A and shown schematically in Exhibit A-1. 2. That Grantor's property includes the portion described in Exhibit C, and shown schematically in Exhibit C-1. 3. That said Grantor does hereby grant an easement for slope grading along with any appurtenances and incidental uses, over, under, upon and across the property described in Exhibit C and shown schematically in Exhibit C-1, for the benefit of the property described in Exhibit B and shown schematically B-1.
