That said Offeror is the owner of the real property described in Exhibit A and shown schematically in Exhibit A-1. 2. That said Offeror does hereby make an irrevocable and perpetual offer to the City of Arroyo Grande a dedication of right of way for public street, water, sewer, drainage and utility purposes along with any appurtenances and incidental uses, over, under, upon and across the following property described in Exhibit B and shown schematically in Exhibit B-1. 3. That within said right of way, the City shall have the right to install, operate and maintain, and repair and replace, a public road along with any appurtenances and incidental uses. 4. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual offer to dedicate right of way shall run with the land and shall be binding on her heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.
