FOR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into one (1) parcel as of the
date of recordation of this document, has been determined to be in compliance with the
applicable provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Said real property is a parcel which is the result of
Lot Line Adjustment Case 00-004 approved by the Planning Commission on December
5, 2000. The parcel CAN NOT be sold in a configuration other than that described
herein, without first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map
Act and the City's Municipal Code. �
Property Description: As described in Exhibit A, and shown graphically for
reference in Exhibit B, attached to fhis certificafe and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.

That portion of Lots 26 and 27 of the resubdivision of a part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and
Bolsa de Chemisal, surveyed by R. R. Harris in November 1885, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed in Map Book A, at Page 63 on November 24,
1886, described in the deed to Fred B. Mills, et. ux. recorded September 12, 1949 in Book 534 at Page
139 of Official Records, and denoted on survey filled in Book 5, Page 43, together with a portion of the
Santa Maria Valley Railroad granted by the deed dated March 4, 1882 and recorded April 22, 1882, in
Book O, at Page 177 of Deed, all in the Office of the County Recorder of Said County, described as
follows;
Beginning at the south east corner of said Mills property;
Thence along the Northerly line of Le Pointe Street, 70 feet wide, N. 71 °23'58" E., 38.50 feet to a 1 1/4"
iron pipe tagged LS 3877;
Thence leaving Le Pointe Street the following courses,
N. 11 °33'18" W., 10420 feet to a 1 1/4" iron pipe tagged LS 3877, and
West, 75.00 feet to a 1 1/4" iron pipe tagged LS 3877 near the top of a creek bank and
continuing West, 26.88 feet to the Westerly line of said Mills property;
Thence the following courses along said Mills property;
S. 12°46'44" W., 63.41 feet,
S. 21°17'44" W., 50.50 feet, and
S. 06°38'44" W., 76.67 feet to the Northerly line of said Le Point Street;
Thence along said Le Point Street, N. 61 °00'00" E, 145.78 feet to the point of beginning containing 18,673
square feet, more or less.
