FOR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT
The following real property and the reconfiguration thereof into one (1) parcel as of the
date of recordation of this document, has been dete�mined to be in compiiance with the
applicabie provisions of the Subdivision Map Act of the State of California and local
ordinance enacted pursuant thereto. Said real property is a parcel which is the result of
Lot Line Adjustment AGAL 00-001 approved by the Planning Commission on July 5,
2000. The parcel CAN NOT be sold in a configuration other than that described herein,
without first having complied with all requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act and
the City's Municipal Code.
Property Description: As described in Exhibit A, and shown graphically for
reference in Exhibit 8, attached to this certificate and incorporated herein as if set
forth in full.

PARCEL 3
Part of Lot 29 of H. A. Vachell's subdivision of Part of Lot 73 of Stratton's Survey of the Rancho corral de
Piedra, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map
filed for record July 19, 1888, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, and part of Lot 56 of the
Resubdivision of a Part of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, surveyed by R.
R. Harris in November, 1885, in said city, county, and state, according to map filed for record November
24, 1886 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as a whole as follows;
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 56 distant thereon S. 24 3/4° W., 14.78 chains from
the most northerly corner of said lot, said point being the northeast corner of the land conveyed by M. R.
Swall, et. al., to Louise Maria Carney, by deed dated November 5, 1891, recorded in book 15, page 382 of
Deeds; thence N. 65 1/4° W. along the northerly line of the land so conveyed to Louise Maria Camey,
said line being also the southerly line of the land conveyed by John Mahan to Calvin Walls, by deed dated
December 16, 1891, recorded in book 15, page 385 of Deeds, 2.80 chains to the easterly line of the
former right of way of the Pacific Coast Railway; thence southerly along said easterly line of said right of
way 351 feet; thence S. 65 1/4° E. parallel with the northerly line of the herein described property 260.84
feet, more or less, to the easterly line of said Lot 56; thence northerly along said easterly line of Lot 56,
350 feet, more of less, to the point of beginning.
Together with that portion of the Pacific Coast Railroad right of way as described in deed from Elton V.
Tognauini and Charles N. Whitehead to Don G. McClure, recorded in book618 at page 194 of Official
Records, which is bounded on the northeast by the southwesterly line of the land described in the deed to
William H. Lackey and Birdie M. Lackey, husband and wife, recorded March 3, 1952 in book 648, page 83
of Official Records, and bounded on the southwest by the northwesterly extension of the southwesterly
line of the land described in the deed to Don G. McClure, et. us., recorded October 24, 1944 in book 366,
page 372 of Official Records.
Also including that portion of that certain strip of land 60 feet in width conveyed to the San Luis Obispo
and Santa Maria Valley Railroad Company, a corporation, by deed recorded April 22, 1882 in book O,
page 177 of Deeds, which is bounded on the southwest by the northeasterly line of the land described in
the deed to Walter W. Maness, et. ux., recorded March 6, 1952 in book 648, page 446 of O�cial Records,
and bounded on the northeast by the northwesterly extension of the southwesterly line of the land
described in the deed to Don G. McClure, et. ux., recorded October 24, 1944 in book 366, page 372 of
Official Records.
