termed Offeror:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an irrevocable and perpetual offer to dedicate a
public utilityeasement (PUE); and,
NOW, THEREFORE, For a valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is
hereby acknowledged, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the real property described in Exhibit A and shown
schematically in Exhibit A-1.
2. That said Offeror does hereby offer to the public a public utility easement, over, under,
upon and across the following property described in Exhibit B and shown schematically in
Exhibit B-1.
3. That said Offeror agrees that the public utility easement, is and shall be binding on their
heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.

PARCEL 1:

Part of Lot 29 of H. A. Vachell's Subdivieion of Part of Lot 73 of Stratton's Survey of
the Rancho Corral de Piedra, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, according to map filed for record July 19, 1888, in the Office of
the County Recorder of said County, and part of Lot 56 of the Resubdivision of a Part
of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, surveyed by R. R. Harrie
in November, 1685 in said city, county, and state, according to map filed for record
November 24, 1886 in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, described as a
whole as follows:
Beginning at a point on the Easterly line of said Lot 56 distant thereon South 24 3/4°
west, 14.78 chains from the most Northerly corner of said lot, said point being the
Northeast corner of the land conveyed by M. R. Swall, et al., to Louise Maria Carney,
by deed dated November 5, 1891, recorded in Book 15, page 382 of Deeds; thence North 65
1/4° West along the Northerly line of the land so conveyed to Louise Maria Carney, said
line being also the Southerly line of the land conveyed by John Mahan to Calvin Walls,
by deed dated December 16, 1891, recorded in Book 15, page 365 of Deeds, 2.80 chains to
the Easterly line of the former right-of-way of the Pacific Coast Railway; thence
Southerly along said Easterly line of said right-of-way 351 feet; thence South 65 1/4°
Eaet parallel with the Northerly line of the herein described property 260.84 feet,
more or lesa, to the Easterly line of said Lot 56; thence Northerly along said Easterly
line of Lot 56, 350 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 2:
That portion of the Pacific Coast Railroad right-of-way as described in deed from Elton
V. Tognazzini and Charles N. Whitehead to Don G. McClure, recorded in Book 616 at page
194 of Official Records, which is bounded on the Northeast by the Southwesterly line of
the land described in the deed to William H. Lackey and Birdie M. Lackey, husband and
wife, recorded March 3, 1952 in Book 648 at page 83 of Official Records, and bounded on
the Southwest by the Northweaterly extension of the Southwesterly line of the land
described in the deed to Don G. McClure, et ux., recorded October 24, 1944 in Book 366,
page 372 of Official Records.
PARCEL 3:
That portion of that certain strip of land 60 feet in width conveyed to the San Luis
Obispo and Santa Maria Valley Railroad Company, a corporation, by deed recorded Aril
22, 1882 in Book O, page 177 of Deeds, which is bounded on the Southwest by the
Northeasterly line of the land described in the deed to Walter W. Maness, et ux.,
recorded March 6, 1952 in Book 648, page 446 of Official Recorda, and bounded on the
Northeast by the Northwesterly extension of the Southwesterly line of the land
described in the deed to Don G. McClure, et ux., recorded October 24, 1944 in Book 366,
page 372 of Official Records.
EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof described in the deed to Walter W. Maness and
Juanita J. Maness, husband and wife, recorded June 28, 1954 in Book 762 at page 121 of
Official Records.

The easterly 6 feet of the property described in exhibit A, being a 6 foot wide strip, the
easterly line is coincident with the westerly line of Corbett Canyon Road, 60 feet wide.
