November 18, 1926 in Book 3, Page 82, of Maps, described as follows;
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said lot;
Thence West, 58.9 feet to the southeast corner of the property conveyed to Walter A.
Filer, et. ux., by deed recorded January 28, 1948 in Book 464, at Page 467, of Official
Records;
Thence North along the east line of the property so conveyed, 130 feet to the north line

PARCEL 2

Lots 8 and 9, in Block 8, of the Fair Oaks Tract, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per the map recorded in Book 3, Page 82, of
Maps, in the office of the County Recorder.
Except therefrom the northerly 75 feet of said Lot 8.
Also except therefrom the southerly 130 feet of said Lot 9.
Further excepting therefrom the easterly 58.9 feet of said Lots 8 and 9.
As a condition of approval for this parcel, the City of Arroyo Grande, imposed the
following condition applicable to a small house located near the northeast corner of
Parcel 2.
"The rear hose shall not be occupied, altered or modified until it conforms to all the
requirements of the Development Code and Building Code".
