WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an irrevocable and perpetual offer to
dedicate an easement for the purposes of a public water main.
NOW, THEREFORE, For a valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of
which is hereby acknowledged, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
That said offeror is the owner of the real property described in:
See Exhibit'ONE'
2. That said Offeror does hereby offer to the City of Arroyo Grande and easement for a
public water main, along with any appurtenances and incidental uses, over, under, upon and
across the the following described property:
See Exhibit'A' for descriptions and Exhibit'B' for graphical depictions
3. That within said easement, the City shall have the right to install, operate and
maintain, repair and replace, and enlarge or decrease the size of a public water main, along
with any appurtenances and incidental uses.
4. That said Offeror agrees that the easement for a public water main is and shall be
binding on their heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Offer to Dedicate is hereby executed by the said

PARCEL 1:
Ail that portion of Lot 7 of the Folsom Tract, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map filed for record September 26, 1891 in
Book B, Page 75 of Maps, in the office of County Recorder of said County, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of said Lot 7;
thence South 68° 55' Fast along the Southerly line of said Lot, 76 feet;
thence North 21 ° 08' East, 5G6.2 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot;
thence North 68° 28' West, 76 feet to the Northwesterly corner of said Lot;
thence South 21 ° 08' West, 506.8 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom that portion described in deed to the City of Arroyo Grande, recorded
March 15, 1962 in Book 1174, Page 43 of Official Records.
Also excepting therefrom that portion described in deed to Kent H. Blankenburg ��id Velma

Public Waterline Easement
A strip of land the uniform width of 10.00 feet wide over and across a portion of
Parcel A of Parcel Map No. AG 78-59 in the City of Arroyo Grande, according to the map
filed for record May 26, 1978 in Book 25, Page 87 of Parcel Maps in the office of the
County Recorder, San Luis Obispo County, State of California and a portion of Lot 7 of
the Folsom Tract in said City according to the map filed for record September 26, 1891
in Book B, Page 75 of Maps of said County, laying 5.00 feet on each side of the
following described centerline:
Commencing at the westerly most corner of said Lot 7, also being
a point along the northeasterly line of Grand Avenue;
Thence along said northeasterly line S68°55'00"E, 68.28 feet to
the True Point of Beginning of the herein described easement centerline;
Thence N21°05'00"E, 6.64 feet;
Thence N23°55'00"W, 46.93 feet;
Thence N21°05'00"E, 183.41 feet;
Thence N66°05'00"E, 52.63 feet;
Thence N21 °05'00"E, 2.20 feet to the southwesterly line of the
land described in deed to Robert Walker and Bernard Huston recorded
October 15, 1962 in Book 1206, Page 338, Official Records of said
County and being a point in said southwesterly line which lies
S68°55'53"E, 71.58 feet from the westerly most corner of the land
described in said deed and being the end of the herein described
easement centerline. Said easement contains 2,918 square feet as
shown on Exhibit B attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
The sidelines of said easement shall be lengthened and/or shortened to
intersect with the northeasterly line of Grand Avenue, the no�theasterly line of said
Parcel A. and the southwesteriv line of the land described in said deed.
