EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT
A 20.00 foot wide strip of land over and across a por-
tion of Lot 14 of the Poole Tract, according to the
map thereof filed in Book 1 of Licensed Surveys at
Page 102, and a portion of Lot 83 of the Ranchos Corral
de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, accArding to
the map thereof filed in Book A of Maps at Page 65,
in the City of Arropo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo,
California, the southwesteriy, southerly and sout�ea•sterly
line of said strip being described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southeast line of said
Lot 14, distant thereon N57�06'00"E 19.00 feet from
the south corner thereof; thence, N33 71.00 feet;
thence, N42 W 18.25 feet; thence, N33
130.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the
south and having a radius of 35.00 feet; thence, along
said curve through a central angle of 90 a distance
