A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS AND
IRREVOCABLE AND PERPETUAL OFFERS TO DEDICATE
REIATED TO LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT 96�'i31
WHEREAS, the developer has construded the improvements required bythe Conditions of
Approval of Lot Line Adjustment 96-531; and,
WHEREAS the developer has recorded the required IRevocable and Perpetual offers to
dedicate.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RE30LVED that the City Council of the City of Amoyo Grande
does hereby acxept the following public improvemerrts oonstruded for Lot Line Adjustrnent
96-531, the specific location of which is shown in Enhibit "1" attached hereto and
incorporated herein:
• Famoll Avenue — Street wldening, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, water main, and
stoRn drain pipe.
• Elm Street — SVeet widening, concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk, and the storm drain
system.
. Brittany Avenue, Hamp�n Place, and Carrington Place — Full street improvements,
concrete curb, gutte� and sidewalk, water main, and sewer main.
BE IT FURTHER RE80LVED that the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande does
hereby acxept the following offers of dedication:
1, Dedication for public road right-of way, pubtic uUlities, pedeshian access,
traffic control devices, and tree planting easements as recorded in Doc No:
