"Offeror."
WITNESSETH:
WI�REAS, said Offeror desires to make an irtevocable offer of dedication to the
public of an easaneet for pubtic road and public utility putposes and incideraal uses, which
offer may be accepted at any time by the govemmental emity which has the power to
establish, const�uct and maimain roads.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants, promises and grants as fodows:
1. T6at said Offeror is the fce ovv� of certain real property situated in t6e
Cow►ty of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia; and
2. That said Offeror dces hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to such
govemment entity a dedication of a public right-of-way for road purposes and
public utility easements and incidtntal usea upon the following described proporty:

3. T6at witil such time as the above offer of dedication is accepted by such a
governmeat eartity, all owners of property co�iguous to the above descr►'bed road

irrevocable md that such a govemment emity may, at any time in the future,
accept said offer of dedicatioa of the public rosd right-of-way.
5. That the Offeror agces that this irrevocable and perpetual offer of
dedication is and shall be binding on his heirs, assigns, and successors in icrterest.
