THIS OFFER OF DEDICATION is made t}ris ��day of ,�l.U�rl 2,
1997, by LARRY GIN 1� PETER KEITH, hereinafter collectively referred to as
"Offeror."
WITNESSETH:
WI�REAS, said Offeror desires to make an itrevocable offer of dedication to the
public of an easanem for public road and public utility purposes and incidental uses, wluch
offer may be accepted at any time by the govemmental entity which has the power to
estabGsh, consmict and maintain roads.
NOW, Tf�REFORE, said Offeror covenants, promises and grants as foltows:
1. That seid Offeror is the fce owner of certain real property situated in the
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California; and
2. That said Offeror dces hereby inevocably and in perpetuity offer to such
gov�t entity a dedication of a public cight-of-way for road purposes and
public utility easements and incidental uses upon the following descdbe� property:

3. That wmil such time as the above offer of dedication is accepted by such a
government entity, all owners of prope�ty cotrtiguous to the above descdbed road
parcel shall have the right to the use oF said road parcel as private road.
4. That the Offeror agrees that the above offet of dedication shall be
irrevocable and that such a govenunent errtity may, at any time in the future,
accept seid offer of dedication of the public road right-of-way.
5. T'hat the Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual offer of
dedication is and shall be binding on his heirs, assigns, end �ccessors in imerest.
