Vander Veen, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, hereinafrer collectively referred to as "Grantor", and the CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE, a political subdivision of the State of California, hereinafrer referred to as "City"; � WITNESSETH: That Grantor is fee owner of certain real property situated in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Iuis Obispo, State of California, which is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
