NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows: 1. That said Offeror is the fee owner of the following interest: Lot 1 1 of Block B of the Le Point Addition to the Town of Arroyo Grande, in the City of Anoyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as shown on Map thereof recorded iu Map Book B, Page 7, in the Recorder's office of said County. 2. That said Offeror does hereby irsevocably and in perpetuiTy offer to such governmental entiTy a dedication of a public right of way for road purposes and incidental uses upon the following described real property, described on attached E�ibit A and shown on attached E�chibit B. 3. That said Offeror agrees that said offer of dedication shall be irrevocable and that such a govemment entity may, at any time in the future, accept said offer of dedication. 4. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual Offer to Dedicate is and shall be binding on his heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.
