Grantor is the owner of real property described in Exhibit "A' ( the "Property') attached hereto and incorporated herein by fhis reference, located within the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia. 2. Grantor does irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to the public a dedication of pertnanent easement in, upon, over, under, and across that portion of the Property depicted as Parcel 1 on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference for construction, reconsVuction, inspection, repair, replacement, installation, enlargement, diminution, use, operation, altera6on, removal and / or maintenance of a public stortn drain. 3. Grantor does irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to the public a dedication of temporary easement depicted as Par�el 2 on Exhibit "B' attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference for storage of trench excavation materials for the installation or maintenance of a public stortn drain. 4.
