This Agreement is entered this 8th day of Jannarv , 1998, by and between the City of Arroyo
Grande, California, a municipal corporation ("City") herein, and Darren Shetler, ("Owner") herein.
1. Grant of open-space easement. Owner hereby grants to the public and the City, an open-space
easement in and over Lot 221 ("Subject Property") of Tract 1834 LTNIT 3, according to the map filed for
record in the office of the Counry Recorder of San Luis Obispo County, California, on A� �4 ,
1998, in Book � of maps at Page �-� (Subdivision Map).
2. Restrictions on use of the Subject Propertv. No structures, grazing, grading, filling or vegetation
removal shall be permitted, except as may be required for City-approved trails, walkways, drainage
facilities or other City-approved infrastructure; or as authorized by the joint approval of the Highlands at
Rancho Grande Homeowners Association and/or the Owner, and the City.
