A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ARROYO GRANDE ACCEPTING AN OFFER OF
DEDICATION OF PUBLIC ROAD AND RIGHT OF WAY
MADE BY LARRY D. GIN AND PETER D. KEITH AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CERTIFICATE
OF ACCEPTANCE (GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 27281)
WHEREAS, the City Council of Arroyo Grande has been offered an irrevocable and perpetual
offer of dedication of public road and right-of-way; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City to accept this offer by resolution of the City Council and
to execute a Certificate of Acceptance in order to accept the dedication of public road and right-
of-way;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande hereby
authorizes the Mayor to execute on behalf of the City a Certificate of Acceptance of real property
from Larry D. Gin and Peter D. Keith in substantially the form and content shown on Document
No. 1995-048211 referred to as Exhibit "A" and attached hereto, and the Certificate of Acceptance
may be recorded.
On motion by Council Member Runels , seconded by Council Member Tolley , and by the
following roll call vote, to wit:
AYES: Council Members Runels, Tolley, Fuller, Lady, and Mayor pougall
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
the foregoing Resolution was adopted this 13`" day of January 1998.

(GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 27281)
This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by the Irrevocable and Perpetual
Offer of Dedication of Public Road and Right-of-Way dated October 18, 1995, from Larry D. Gin
and Peter D. Keith to the City of Arroyo Grade, a political corporation, is hereby accepted by the
undersigned officer or agent on behalf of the City Council of the City of Arroyo Grande, pursuant
to authority conferred by Resolution No.3z67 of said City Council adopted on January 13, 1998,
and the City consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer.
