Williams Family TrLSt dated October 19 1987, hereinafter
collectively referred to as "Grantor", and the CITY OF ARROYO
GRANDE, a political subdivision of the State of California,
hereinafter referred to as "City";

That Grantor, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, convey and dedicate unto
City, its successors and assigns the right of way and incidents
thereto for a public roadway upon, over and across, that certain
real property situate in the City of Arroyo Grande, State of
California, described as Parcel 1 in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and incorporated herein by this reference.
Grantor further understands that the present intention of the
City is to construct and maintain a public roadway on the above
described real property, and, if so constructed, Grantor for
himself, his successors and assigns, hereby waives any claim for
any and all damages to Grantor's remaining property contiguous to
the property hereby conveyed by reason of the location,
construction, landscaping or maintenance of said roadway.
SLOPE fiASE�Tr DEED
(Exclusive)
That Grantor, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto City, its successors
and assigns, a perpetual, perntanent and exclusive easement for the
present and future construction, reconstruction, operation, repair
and maintenance of a roadway excavation and embankment slopes for
the lateral and subjacent support of road, roadbed and
appurtenances, in such number and size, and with such accessory
parts and structures, as City or its successors in interest, from
time to time, deem necessary to install over, upon, under, and

across that certain real property situate in the City of Arroyo
Grande, State of California, described as Parcel 2 in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The easement granted herein includes the right to plant and
maintain grass, plants, or trees within the easement area for soil
erosion purposes and for the protection of the lateral support for
said road, roadbed and appurtenances. Additionally, Grantor does
hereby further grant to City its successors and assigns, the
necessary rights of entry to and from the hereinabove described
property for future construction, reconstruction, operation,
repair, or maintenance of said easement.
The consideration hereinabove recited shall constitute payment
in full for any damages to the remaining property of the Grantor,
his successors and assigns, by reason of the construction,
reconstruction, operation, repair and maintenance of the roadway
slopes or other structures referred to herein.
The provisions hereof shall insure to the benefit of the City,
its successors and assigns, and shall bind the heirs, executors,
administrators, assigns and successors in interest of the
respective parties hereto, and all covenants shall apply to and run
with the above described property.
TSMPORARY SASE��TP DSBD
That Grantor, for valuable consideration, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant unto City a temporary
easement for construction purposes in, on and over the hereinafter
described real property for the Grantor as described as Parcel 3 in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference.
Said temporary construction easement shall include the right
to enter upon, place, move and remove, men, equipment and materials
and other items necessary for the construction of East Cherry
Avenue and related facilities.
Said temporary construction easement will commence of
September 1, 1996, and terntinate on February 28, 1997. The same,
however, may be renewed for two additional 90 day periods. Said
option to renew will be exercised by the City giving Grantor
written notice thereof seven days prior to the expiration of the
original term or, if applicable, the first 90 day renewal period.
IN WITNESS iV�REOF, Grantor has hereunto set his hand the day
and year first above written.
(AS used above the texm "Grantor" shall include the plural as
well as the singular number and the word "his" and "himself" shall
include the feminine gender as the case may be.)

of the Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, subdivided by Jas. T. Stratton in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Califomia, as shown on the map filed
in Book A of Maps at page 65 in the Recorders Office of said County, described as follows:
A strip of land two (2) feet wide adjoining, adjacent and southeasterly to the northwesterly line of
the land described in Parcel 1, Exception "A" to Parcel 1, and Parcel 3 in Book 3598 of Officiai
Records at page 234 in said County Recorders Office.
PARCEL 2
An Easement for Slope purposes over all those portions of Lots 88 and 91 of the PoAions of the
Ranchos Corral de Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa de Chemisal, subdivided by Jas. T. Stratton in the City
of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of Calffomia, as shown on the map filed in Book
A of Maps at page 65 in the Recorders O�ce of said County, described as follows.
