LANDMARK MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, INC., a Corporation, hereinafter
"Offeror", the owner of the real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference:
WHEREAS, said Offerar desires to make an offer to dedicate, irrevocably, to the
public, an easement, for public road widening purposes, which offer may be accepted at any
time by the City of Arroyo Grande.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following interest described herein below:
Owner in fee, subject to encumbrances of record.
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to such a
govemmental entity a dedication of a public right-of-way for road purposes and incidental

uses upon the real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande, CounTy of San Luis Obispo,
State of California, more particulazly described in E�ibit "A" which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.

in the County Recorder's Office in the County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, being a portion of Lot 20 of the
Map Of Pismo Beach Gardens as recorded in Book 3 at Page 45
of Maps, on file in said County Recorder's Office more
particularity described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of said Lot 20
being on the Northerly Right-Of-Way of Farroll Avenue as
shown on said map of Pismo Beac:� Gardens; thence along said
Right-Of-Way West 293.00 feet to a point on the southerly
extension of the easterly line of Tract 398 as shown on the
map recorded in Book 7 at Page 43 of Maps on file in said
County Recorder's Office and the easterly line of said deed
recorded in Volume 1372 at Page 32 of Official Records;
