This offer to dedicate is made this � day of '— , 1996, by
LANDMARK MISSIONARY BAPTIST CHURCH, INC., a Corporation, hereinafter
"Offeror", the owner of the real property located in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, more particularly described in E�ibit "A" which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an offer to dedicate, irrevocably, to the
public, an easement, for public utilities, cable television, tree planting and maintenance which
offer may be accepted at any time by the City of Arroyo Grande.
NOW, THEREFORE, said Offeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said Offeror is the owner of the following interest described herein below:
Owner in fee, subject to encumbrances of record.
2. That said Offeror does hereby irrevocably and in perpetuity offer to such a
governmental entity a dedication of a public right-of-way for public utilities and tree planting

and maintenance purposes and incidental uses upon the real property located in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, more particulazly described
in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
3. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual Offer to Dedicate
is and shall be binding on the heirs, legatees, successors and assigns of Offeror.

of Maps, on file in said County Recorder's Office more
particularity described as follows:
Beginning a± a peint o� the easterly line of said Lat 20
being on the Northerly Right-Of-Way of Farroll Avenue as
shown on said map of Pismo Beach Gardens; thence North 7.00
feet along said easterly line of said Lot 20 to the True
Point Of Beginning said point being on a line parallel to and
