FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
, California-Pacific Annual Conference of the IInited Methodist Church
GRANTS(5) to the City of Arroyo Grande , a Municipal corporation, an EASEMENT for
pipeline purposes
in, over and upon that certain real property in the City of � Grande County
of San Luis obispo State of California, Described as Follows:
That portion of Lots 28 and 29 of Steel's Resubdivision of part of Ranchos Corral de
Piedra, Pismo 6 Bolsa de Chemisal in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of Califoraia, per Book A of Maps at Page 63 on file in the office of the
county recorder of said county and state; being the centerline of a 20.00 foot vide
easenent for waterline and appurtenances, 10.00 £eet either side of the folloving
described centerline:
Co�encing at a 1" iron pipe with tag, R.C.E. 12748 as shawn on Boo& 24 of flecords
and Surveys at Page 29 on file in said county recorder's office of said county and
state, said point being on the easterly right-of-vay of Wesley Avenue and being
South 57° 43' 00" West, 142.50 feet from the northwesterly corner of a parcel
of land co�eyed to John li. Price, October 10, 1874 in Book F of Deeds at Page 388
and recorded on July 27, 1885 in Book T of Deeds at Page 512 as shown on said record
of survey; thence North 13° 52' 22" West, 874.22 feet to the True Point of
t Beginning; thence North 21° 55' 26" East, 63.74 feet to the beginning of a 115.00
( foot radius curve concave southerly, a radial to said point bears North 16° 59' 34"
Aest; thence easterly along said cuzve through a central angle of 37° 24' S0",
an arc distance of 75.09 feet to a point-of tangency; thence South 69° 34' 44"
East, 68.64 feet to the beginning of a 142.00 foot radius curve concave northerly;
thence easterly along the arc of said curve through a central angle of SS° 54' S8",
an arc distance of 138.58 feet; thence North 54° 30' 18" Bast, 67.22 feet; thence
North 51° 53' S3" East, 76.71 feet; thence North 20° 04' 07" East, 30.93 feet;
,thence to the Point of Teruinus of that 20.00 foot vaterline easement as recorded
August 18, 1986 in Volume 2872 of Of£ical Records at Page 249.
