OAK PARK BOULEVARD ADDITIONAL STREET DIDICATION
TO THE CITY OF ARROYO GRANDE
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknow-
ledged, Casa Grande Associates, a California General Partnership be-
ing owners of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. AG 82-35 in the City of Arroyo
Grande, Cotmty of San Luis Obispo, State bf California, do hereby offer
to dedicate to the City of Arroyo Grande for street widening purposes
over a portion of said Parcel 2. That portion being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Parcl 2 of Parcel Map No.
AG 82-35 as recorded in Book 32 Page 31 of Parcel Maps in the office of
the San Luis Obispo Coimty Recorder; thence north 17'36'22" east on and
along the easterly right-of-way line of Oak Park Boulevard, as the same
is shown on said Parcel Map No. AG 82-35, for a distance of 99.77 feet
to a point; thence southeasterly along the arc of a curve concave to the
northeast and having a radius of 19.50 feet, the bearing of the radial
line at said point being north 48•27'29" east, through a central angle
of 30•;�1'07" for an arc distance of 10.50 feet; thence leaving said curve
south 17•36'22" west, parallel with and 10.00 feet measured at right angles
to the said easterly right-of-way line of said Oak Park Boulevard a dis-
tance of 91.36 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the northwest
having a radius of 35 feet; thence southwesterly through a central angle
of 8 •48'26" for an arc distance of 5.38 feet more or less to a point on
the southerly line of said Parcel 2, the bearing of the radial line at
said point being south 63'$S'12" east; thence north 74•b5'16" west along
said southerly line of Parcel 2 a distance of 9.59 feet to the point of
beginning.

accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
