to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, ia hereby
accepted in accordance with Reaolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee conaents to
recordation thereof.

For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby aclmow-
ledged, Oak Park Acres, a limited partnership, being owners of Lot
14 of Parcel Map No. AG 79-840 in the City of Arroyo Grande, County
of San Luis Obispo, State of California, do hereby offer to dedicate
to the City of Arroyo Grande for street widening purposes over a por-
tion of said Lot 14. That portion being more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at the northwesterly corner of Lot 14 of Parcl Map No.
AG 79-840 as recorded in Book 29 Page 79 of Parcel Maps in the office
of the San Luis Obispo Coimty Recorder, said corner being identical
with the southwesterly corner of Parcel 2 of Parcel Map No. AG 82-35
as recorded in Book 32 Page 31 of Parcel Maps in the office of the San
Luis Obispo County Recorder; thence south 17'37'10" west on and along
the easterly right-of-way line of Oak Park Boulevard, as the same is
shown on said Parcel Map No. AG 79-840, for a distance of 24.36 feet
to a point; thence northeasterly along the arc of a curve concaee to
the southeast having a radius of 15 feet, and being tangent at said
point, said curve having a central angle of 36'S2'll" and an arc dis-
tance of 9.65 feet to the beginning of a reverse curve concave to the
northwest having a radius of 35 feet, the bearing of the radial line
common to both curves being south 35'30' 39" east; thence northeasterly
along said reverse curve through a central angle of 28'03'45" for an
arc distance of 17.14 feet more or less to a point on the northerly
line of said Lot 14, the bearing of the radial line at said point being
north 63'34'24" west; thence north 74'04'15" west along said northerly
line of Lot 14 a distance of 9.59 feet to the point of beginning.
