Judgment in condemnation having been entered in the above-
entitled action on March 26, 1975, in the office of the County
Clerk of the County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, and
it appearing to the court's satisfaction that the above-named
plaintiff, under that judgment, has paid to t:he court for the
i defendants, Donald L•'. Heidepriem and Phyllis E. Heidapriem, just
compensation in the sum of $2,038.00, together with the sum of
$33.00 for costs of suit, to be disbursed in accordance with the
judgment of condemnation on Eile in this action:
IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
The fee simple title to the parcel of property, situated
in the County of San Luis Obispo, State oF California, more

Elm Street; thence southerly a].ong th? West line of
Elm Street, II7.35 feet to the true point of beginning;
thence continuing southerly along said West line, 58
feet to a point; thence westerly and at right angles,
133 iect to a point; thence northerly and parallel
with said West line of E1m Street, 14 feet; thence
easterly at right angles, 29 feet; thence northerly
parallel with said West line of Elm Street, 44 feet
to a point; thence easterly at right angles, 104 feet,
more or less, to the true point of beginning.

property taxes, as to Parcel VII, including any delinquencies,
costs and interest, if any, shall be prorated (in accordance with
Revenue and Taxation Code Section 4896(2)(b)) as of the date of
recordation of the within Fina1 Order of Condemnation.
