That portion of Lot 52 in Tract No. 10 in the City of Arroyo Grande,
County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded
November 23, 1931 in Book 5, Page 28 of maps, in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of said lot; thence South S9 54' West
along the southerly line thereof 145.5 feet to the southeast corner of the
property conveyed to Elmore Louis Kueffer, et ux., by deed dated November 16,
1956 and recorded November 2, 1956 in Book 871, Page 121 of Official Records;
thence North 0° 06' West along the easterly line of the property so conveyed
54 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence North 89° 54' East and
parallel with the south line of said lot, 145.5 feet to the east line of
said lot; thence south along said east line 54 feet to the point of beginning.
