Chamisal, in the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, as per
map filed in Book A, Page 65 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County and
those portions of Lots 16 and 17 of the Folsom Tract, in said City, County and State, as per map
filed in Book B, Page 75 of said maps, described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at a stake set in the north line of Grand Avenue, distant thereon North 86 West
348.1 feet from stake G.17 on the east line of Lot.15 of said Folsom Tract, said point being the
southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to William Hock, by deed dated January 23, 1928
and recorded January 26, 1928, in Book 45, Page 34 of Official Records, records of said County;
thence along the west (ine of the property so conveyed, North 3 East 505,00 Feet; thence
North 86 West 163,00 feet; thence North 3 East 146,00 feet to the true point of
beinning for this description; being also a point in a curve concave southerly and having a radius
