THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest fn real property
conveyed by the deed or grant deed dated May 26 i976 ,
from Vic Pace, a married man who acquired title as an unmarried man,
as to an un ivided one-half interest and Roy W. Burke and Bonnie M. Burke,
husband and wife as joint tenants as to an undivided one-half interest
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a mur.icipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 1960, in Volume 1081, Official Records, Page 344,

That portion of Lots 16 and 17 of the Folsom Tract, in the County pf San Luis Obispo, State of
California, according to the map thereof recorded September 26, 1891 in Book B, Page 75 of
Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County, and that portion of Lot 106 of the
Ranchos Corral De Piedra, Pismo and Bolsa De Chemisal, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of Catifornia, according to the map thereof surveyed by James T. Stmtton, C.E. September 1873
and recorded in Book A, Page 65 of Maps in the office of the County Recorder of said County,
described as follows:
Beginning at a stake on the north line of present Grand Avenue, from which stake corner G.17 at
the easterly line of Lot 15 of said Folsom Tract bears South 86°45' East 852,1 feet distant; thence
lst North 3°15' East 270A,2 feet to a point in a curve concave northwesterly and having a
radius of 70.00 feet, a radial line to said point bears South 3°15' West; thence
2nd Northeasterly along said curve through a central angle of 12°22'27" an arc distance of
15,12 feet, a radial line thereto bears South 9°07'27" East; thence leaving said curve
and along a line parallel with and distant easterly 15,00 feet measured at right angles,
from course number one (1) hereinabove described
3rd South 3°15' West 61,63 feet; thence at right angles thereto
4th South 86°45' East 153.00 feet to a point in the westerly line of Parcel 1 as shown on
map filed in Book 7, Page 62 of Parcel Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of
