This agreement entered into between John Molette
and Margaret Ann Molette husband and wife, of
975 Dodson Way, Arroyo Grande, California ,
hereinafter called owners, with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal cor-
poration, hereinafter called City, is entered into in consideration of the
following facts:
1, Owners are the owners of that certain house and lot being Lots 17 and 18
of Apsey's Addition to the Chautauqua Assembly Grounds, in the City of
Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California, according
to map filed for record JunA 1, 1897 in Book B, Page 5 of Mapa.

975 Dodson Way Arroyo Grande, California.
2. City's Municipal Code Section 6-6.503 provides for no sewer ser-
vice connection until owner has paid a sewer charge or entered
into an agreement in writing to do so.
3. In consideration for the owners agreeing to pay to the City of
Arroyo Grande the sum of $588.80 in 5
equal installments commencing July 1 19 77 ,
together with interest thereon, owners are granted a permanent
right to connect to said sewer.
In consideration of the foregoing,
John Molette
Margaret Ann Molette hereby agree to pay to the City of Arroyo
Grande at the City Hall, Arroyo Grande, California, the principal sum of
and
$588.80 together with seven per cent interest on the unpaid
balance of said sum. Said principal sum will be paid in
payments in the amount of $143.61
with the first payment due July 1, 1977 and each payment thereafter
due on July 1 of each year until said sum is paid in
full. The owners may, at any time until said sum has been fully paid, pay
all or any portion of said obligation in excess of the sum due at the time
of the Julv 1 payment. In the event that owners fail to
make any payment as it falls due, the entire unpaid balance of said sum due
to the City of Arroyo Grande shall become immediately due and payable at the

election of the City; and if it is necessary for the City to initiate legal
proceedings to collect any sums due under this agreement, owners agree to
pay such amount as the Court deems reasonable on account of attorney's
fees.
This agreement is set forth as a covenant running with the land and
expressly binds the owners, their heirs, successors, and assigns.
