COVENANT RUNNING WITH LAND
This agreement entered into between Carol A. Fulmer, a married
~d woman, ae her sole and separate propertX _

990 Fair Oaks Ave Arroyo Grande California ,
hereinafter called owners, with the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal cor-
poration, hereinafter called City, is entered into in consideration of the
following facts:
1, Owners are the owners of that certain house and lot being
Lot 14 in Block 1 of the Fair Oaks Tract as per Quitclaim Deed
recorded in Vol 1887 pagf+ 777 of nffi ia1 RarnrAw of ca., T„ie
Obispo County,
of the City of Arroyo Grande, commonly known as
990 Fair Oaka Ave, Arroyo Grande, California.
2. City's Municipal Code Section 6-6.503 provides for no sewer ser-
vice connection until owner has paid a sewer charge or entered
into an agreement in writing to do so.
3. In consideration for the owners agreeing to pay to the City of
Arroyo Grande the sum of $810.44 in 3
equal installments commencing July 1 19 77 ,
together with interest thereon, owners are granted a permanent
right to connect to said sewer.
In consideration of the foregoing, Carol A. Fulmer and
hereby agree to pay to the City of Arroyo
Grande at the City Hall, Arroyo Grande, California, the principal sum of
$810.44 together with seven per cent interest on the unpaid
balance of said sum. Said principal sum will be paid in 3 equal
payments in the amount of $308.82 ,
with the first payment due July 1, 1977
due on
July 1
and each payment thereafter
of each year until said sum is paid in
full. The owners may, at any time until said sum has been fully paid, pay
all or any portion of said obligation in excess of the sum due at the time
of the July 1
payment. In the event that owners fail to
make any payment as it falls due, the entire unpaid balance of said sum due

to the City of Arroyo Grande shall become immediately due and payable at the

election of the City; and if it is necessary for the City to initiate legal
proeaedings tc coliett any sums due under this agreement, ocmers agree to
pay snch sr•..~:sa as the Court deems reasonable on account of attorney's
fees.
