EXHIBIT "A"
An easement over across and under the below described property for the purpose
of building and/or constructing as necessary a drainage facility and
appurtenances, including but not limited to the right to maintain, repair and
replace any and all drainage structures and as otherwise be necessary to
maintain said easement.
A portion of Lot 8 of the Folsom Tract, in the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California, according to map of said Folsom Tract made by A.F. Parsons,
August 1891, filed for record September 26, 189T in Book B; Page 75 of Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said county, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 8 in said Folsom Tract, said corner
being G-25;
thence, North 20° 56' 43" East along the westerly line of said Lot 8, a distance
of 11.93 feet;
thence, South 84° 09' 57" East, 2.93 feet;
thence, North 21° 00' 44" East, 137.30 feet to the southerly line of the right
of way conveyed to the County of San Luis Obispo by deed recorded March 11, 1954
in Book 748, Page 454 of official records of said county;
thence, South 68° 59' 17" East along the southerly line of said right of way, a
distance of 20.0 feet;
thence, South 21° 00' 44" West, 150.00 feet to the southerly line of said Lot 8;
thence, North 68° 59' 31" West along the southerly line of said Lot 8, a
distance of 22.81 feet to the point of beginning.

THIS IS TO CERTIFY that the interest in real property
conveyed by the deed or grant deed dated July 23 1984 ,
from HOWARD A. BURKE and MIE BURKE, Husband and wife as joint tenants,
to the City of Arroyo Grande, a municipal corporation, is hereby
accepted in accordance with Resolution No. 453, recorded the 26th
day of August, 19b0, in Volume 1081, Official &ecords, Page 344,
San Luis Obispo County, California, and the Grantee consents to
recordation thereof.
