PISD10 BEACIi LODGING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Limited Partnership
organized under the laws of the State o£ Cali£ornia, hereinafter
called Grantor, does hereby grant unto the City of Arroyo Grande,
a Municipal Corporation in the County of San Luis Obispo, State
of California; a perpetual easement, (10) ten feet in width, for
fire hydrant and underground fire line.
That portion of Parcel C of Parcel Map AG 79-2G8 as recorded
in Parcel Map Book 30 Page 11 in the Clerks Office of the County
of San Luis Obispo, State of Cali£ornia, the center line being
more particularly described as:
BEGI?�INIPIG at the 1" iron pipe with plastic cap stamped
R.C.A. 25,366, being the Northeasterly corner of Parcel
C of Parcel :4ap AG 79-268 as recorded in Parcel t4ap
Book 30 Page 11 in the Clerks Office of the County of
San Luis Obispo, State of California; thence along the
�asterly line of said Parcel Sotuh 07°00'00" East 263.31
feet to it's intersection with a curve concave to the
Southeast anci:iaving a•radius of 280.00 feet, said curve
being the most Southeasterly line of said Parcel, and
to ca.iicfi iiitersection a radial bears Norch �10°39'49"
G7est, thence Southwest 1.00 foot along said curve thru
a central anqle of 00°12'17" and to which a radial bears
idorth 40°52'06" West to the true point of beginning,
thence North 40°52'06" West to the true point of beginning,
thence North 49'02'07" West 132.00 feet; thence at right
angles South 40'S7'S3" West 40.00 feet.
The lines of said 10 £oot easer.tent to be extended or
shortened to meet at angle points and to terminate at
the Easterly and most Southeasterly line of said Parcel.
