That portion of Lot 26 of the Resubdivision of the
Ranchos Corral de Piedra; Pismo, and Bolsa de Chemisal, in
the City of Arroyo Grande, County of San Luis Obispo, California,
as described in the deed to Ray C. Simmons, et ux, recorded in
Book 1753 at Page 722 of Official Records, lyinq westerly of the
following described line:
Commencing at the intersection of Mason Street centerline and
Le Point Street reference line as shown on the Record of
Survey map recorded in Book 16 of Licensed Surveys at
Page 74 (said reference line bearing N.61°E., as shown
on said map and being the Basis of Bearings for this
description);
Thence, along the Construction centerline of Tally Ho Road
as shown on the map entitled "City of Arroyo Grande
Right of Way Map - Tally Ao Road" on file in the
Arroyo Grande City Engineer's Office, N.59°36'44"E.,
335.69 £eet to the beginning of a 250 foot radius
curve concave to the west;
Thence, northerly 380.97 feet along said curve through an
angle of 87°31'43";
Thence, along a radial to said curve, N.61°44'27"E., 21.00
feet to the True Point of Beginning;
Thence, N.28°15'33"W., 141.27 feet to the beginning of a
229 foot radius curve concave to the east;
Thence, northerly along said curve 150 feet more or less
to the easterly right of way of Tally Ho Road.
The grantors further understand that the present
intention of the grantee is to construct and r.iaintain a
public street on the lands hereby conveyed in fee and the
grantors, for themselves, their successors and assigns,
hereby waive any claims for any and all damages to grantors'
� remaining property contiguous to the property hereby conveyed
by reason of the location, construction, landscaping or
maintenance o£ said street.
